PAC have developed a small range of products to sell which will support the work of the charity. We have worked with a local artist to produce the cards and we have worked with local businesses to develop the recipe book.
Charity Christmas Cards
The 2011 Christmas card has been designed by Frome-based artist Amy Yates. Entitled Whittox Winter it depicts a snowy day on the lane. The cards are 140mm x 140mm and come in packs of 6 with plain white envelopes. Message inside the card reads Seasons Greetings. Cards are priced at £3.00 for 6 are available for purchase from the PAC office (Mon – Fri between 9 and 5) and at the Hunting Raven bookshop on Cheap Street. Cards will also be available from the Cards for Good Causes Shop in St John’s Church, Bath Street between 24 October and17 December 2011.
Notelets
PAC have two different designs of notelets that have also been designed by local artist Amy Yates. One design depicts Whittox Lane and the other Catherine Hill. The notelets at 105mm x 150mm and come in packs of 5. A pack contains a single design. Priced at £2.50 for 5 these are available to purchase from the PAC Office or from Hunting Raven Books on Cheap Street.
Recipe Books
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is a recipe book containing favourite signature recipes from the chefs of Frome and supporters of Positive Action on Cancer. The book has been devised, designed, illustrated and printed entirely by Frome-based companies and individuals who all support PAC. The book costs £5.00 and can be purchased from the PAC office, Hunting Raven, Cafords Butchers and at various events.
Purple Ribbons
PAC produce and sell purple lapel ribbons to promote the charity and raise essential funds. These are available all year round from the PAC office and are usually sold in many of the local shops around the Splash of Purple event. Splash of Purple is next being held 2 and 3 March 2012. Purple Poppy Seeds
PAC have been donated Himalayan Purple Poppy seeds. These are wonderful poppies with a light purple outside and a deep purple centre. These are being sold for £0.50 per pack and are available at the PAC office and at various events. The stock is limited so get some for next spring while we still have some left!
